Your child’s safety is incredibly important to us, and we are committed to a system that creates a safe environment. This means our staff and volunteers in every service and classroom are pre-approved through our ongoing and legal background checks. Our entire team is thoroughly trained and immersed in a culture of safety and cleanliness with the well-being of your child in mind. When you walk into our foyer, our greeters will direct you to the appropriate class where your child will be welcomed by caring and loving teachers. As your child is checked in, we will ask for the following personal information: parent/guardian names, children’s names and birth dates, family address, contact information, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child. You and your child will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. At the end of the service, you will be required to show your parent pick-up tag at your child’s classroom, and then your child will be released to you. If you lose your parent tag you will need to present personal identification before your child is released. In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification number will appear on the screen in the sanctuary. We ask you exit the sanctuary immediately and go to the classroom that you checked your child into. Be prepared to show your parent tag.
